 Plant Description: Large plant with many upright hairless stems, sticky inflorescence. Leaves opposite, hairless, lance-shaped, deeply saw-toothed, sometimes lobed to narrow 1–3 in. segments. Inflorescence consists of many spreading stalks holding bright pink, pinkish red, or bluish flowers. Flower tube long, with spreading lobes; throat lined with white beelines; staminode extending outward, usually coated with yellow hairs.
