SymbiOp Garden Shop Return Policy
PLANTS
Plants must be returned to the store within 1 week (7 calendar days) of purchase to be considered for a return. A full refund will only be issued if plants are in original condition (healthy and undamaged, in nursery pot with tags present) and a receipt.
We encourage customers to inspect their plants upon purchase. If you are experiencing difficulties with your plants please reach out to a SymbiOp associate so we can come to a mutualistic solution.
NON-PLANT ITEMS
All sale/marked down items are non-returnable.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it (undamaged, unused, unworn, unwashed, unopened) with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please bring your item to the cashier counter of our physical location, 3454 SE Powell Blvd, Portland, OR 97202.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
