Ficus pumila ‘Quercifolia’, sometime called String of Frogs or Miniature Oakleaf Fig, is an adorable, dwarf evergreen houseplant with tiny, bright green leaves that resemble frogs or oakleaves. They leaves stay under 1/2 inch in size. They are carried on trailing stems, forming a low mat of foliage.

Prefers a warm, humid environment with bright indirect light, although they can do fine in very low light. They are perfect in a window hanging basket, terrariums, or in a miniature fairy garden. Avoid direct sunlight altogether. A north and east facing window would be ideal. Provide a well-draining soil and frequent waterings, allowing for consistent moisture.
