Plant Description: An incredibly cute species native to the Willamette Valley. In the mint family, this plant has square stems and mint-like leaves with small, white, unassuming flowers. This plant spreads by rhizome and its rhizome grown bulbous tubers that can be eaten raw, cooked, or pickled.
