Plant Description:  Climbing, deciduous, woody vine that reaches 20 ft. Clusters of orange flowers that bloom May through July, accompanied by small berries, and oval shaped leaves. *NEVER CONSUME PLANTS WITHOUT PROPER ID*

Landscape Use and Ecological Function: Grows in riverbanks or along creeks, slopes, and in thickets. Typically found between 2,500-5,500 elevation. Lonicera ciliosa will climb along thickets, under-stories, trellises, or otherwise on the ground as a ground cover. Attracts hummingbirds, butterflies, and pollinator.
