Plant Description: A tall growing Multnomah County native edible in the Carrot Family. Long white-brown tap roots break up soil. Stalks can be up to 3 feet tall with flat, white clusters of flowers. This species is distinguishable from Queen Anne's Lace by having a flatter flower head cluster and it does not have the purple center typical of Queen Anne's Lace.
