There's just something special about native brodiaeas - and crown brodiaea is no exception. Lovely lavender-blue, vase-shaped flowers occur in loose clusters atop upright stems. Another lower-grower, it makes an excellent addition to front borders, rock gardens, and meadowscapes planted along with other bulb wildflowers, Triteleia and Allium.
