Plant Description: A mat forming, low growing perennial native from BC to Southern California and as far east as Colorado. Calyptridium umbellatum forms spoon shaped rosette leaves followed by clusters of flowers from pink to white, often flush with the ground as opposed to upright, depending on soil temperatures.
