Arum cornutum, commonly known as the voodoo lily or devil's tongue, to your collection. A member of the Arum family, the flower, which emerges before the leaves, resembles a large peace lily. The pink and green spathe grows up to 8 inches long and surrounds a tall, cream-colored spadix. If the plant is fertilized by the flies and beetles attracted to the flower's strong scent, bright red seeds form on the spadix. Voodoo lilies are easy to grow from dormant tubers.
