A striking wildflower with multiple clusters of purple-merlot flowers. Often found in White Oaks ecosystems and grows best in open, sun-part sun locations. Short lived, but grows more flowers each year and reseeds well. 

Sowing Instructions: Best sown after the first Fall rain through very early Spring. Requires cold-moist stratification. Direct sow on loose, bare soil or in pots. Full-part sun.
