Casper is a favorite variety of our friends at the North End Organic Nursery. They love the tender white flesh (great for stir-frying as well as roasting and baking), and the small, manageable size. Open-pollinated.

Seeds grown by Winniford Family Farm in Rice, Washington.

Directions: Start indoors 6-8 weeks before last frost. Provide bottom heat if possible for best germination. Transplant after frost.
