Everything But the Jar Kombucha Kit

The kit includes our 8.8 oz kombucha starter and SCOBY, a 1 ounce organic tea bag sized and one cup of pure cane sugar - perfectly sized for a successful one gallon kombucha batch! It also includes a clear but detailed set of instructions, a stick-on thermometer to monitor temperature, and a 100% cotton cover with rubber band to allow breathing and keep roaming airborne mold spores out of the mix.
