Plant Description: The largest growing spruce. Needs are often sharp tipped and triangular or flat. Extremely tall, up to 230 feet, with bright, deep green needles. Grows both seed and pollen cones with seed cones being brown and pollen cones more purple.

We recommend this species to be planted where you have plenty of space, full sun, and other conifers in or deciduous forest species like aspens, maples, or cascaras.
