Plains Coreopsis (also called Golden Tickseed) is a Northern Oregon, SW Washington & Multnomah County native annual wildflower. With tall yellow and sometimes red flowers, Golden Tickseed is sometimes grown for dyes and works well in well draining sites like grasslands, dry meadows, and upland Attracts native bees and butterflies. Can be direct sowed in Spring or Fall in full to part sun.
