This seed mix was designed specifically to mirror historic Willamette Valley Prairies, which are characterized by full-part sun, dry conditions, with few shrubs or trees. This mix is colorful, drought tolerant, won’t get too tall and will attract a wide variety of pollinators, beneficial insects, and birds. Every species on this list is also listed on the Portland Plant List under Prairie Native Plant Communities. Pair with White Oak, Madrone, Oregon Grape, Red Flowering Currant, or Oceanspray.
