The Large Leaf Lupine has bold, green leaves that support the tall spires of purple flowers. This native flower is one of the tallest western species of lupine. It can be found along stream banks, in meadows or other moist locations ranging from southern California to British Columbia. This variety of lupine can be grown in full sun to partial shade. Hummingbirds are attracted to the Large Leaf Lupine.

Recommended Seeding Rate: The broadcast seeding rate ranges from 10-35 lb./acre. 

Seed in fall, winter or early spring. Burry 1/4-1/2 inch below soil.
