A beloved native annual, Common Sunflower is native throughout Oregon and Multnomah County. Common Sunflower grows up to 10 feet tall with clusters of brown disk flowers in the center surrounded by bright yellow ray flower petals. Supports birds and pollinators. Best in full sun, will self seed. 

Sowing Instructions: Best sown in late winter or early Spring. Direct sow on loose, bare soil or in pots. Full sun
