Ficus microcarpa is a tropical evergreen native to SE Asia. It is considered a high-light houseplant, and would benefit from a few hours of direct sunlight each day. Leaves are approximately 2-2.5 inches long on slender branches, making this ficus well suited for bonsai or braiding.
