Thank you for choosing Sakari Farms hot sauce. We grow the ingredients on our farm in Tumalo, OR. We love flavor and our sauces pack a ton of it.

Sakariacha is our take on the famous Sriracha. Made in a traditional way by fermenting the peppers and garlic first then combining with brown sugar, fish sauce and vinegar. 

It is superb with great depths of umami flavor. Goes great with breakfast and is a must for SE Asian cuisine.
