Plant Description: Deliciously unique, this flavorful variety was bred by a Brother at a monastery in Amity, Oregon.  Great for the Pacific Northwest and other regions, Monastery Muscat is disease-resistant and produces abundant crops of white, seedless grapes.  Great for both fresh eating and wine, with the wonderful muscat flavor and aroma. Self fertile and hardy to 0° F, possibly lower.

  • Height: 10-12 ft. in width on fence, trellis, arbor or other support
  • Watering Needs: moderate; drought resistant once established
  • Sun Needs: full to 1/2 day sun
  • Soil needs: well-drained soil
  • Ripening Time: August-October
  • Bearing Age: 2-3 years after planting
