Plant Description: The Villarica Strawberry is a Chilean Guava collected by Paul Barney of Edulis Nursery in Pucon, Chile. It's named for the Villarica Volcano (pronounced “via-rica”) near the town. The Villarica Strawberry is an evergreen, cold hardy to 5 degrees Fahrenheit. It has bright red, edible fruit and white, bell-shaped flowers.
