The fruit is conical in shape and is sweet with a pleasing touch of tartness and a hint of raspberry flavor. Use in smoothies, cobblers, or atop fresh ice cream. New introduction from the legendary breeding program of the late Dr Chad Finn of Oregon State University and the USDA. It is proven to thrive and be hardy in the Pacific Northwest. USDA Zones 6-9.
