Slow food Ark of Taste variety. A wonderful heirloom from Whidbey Island, WA - this bush bean is one of the earliest maturing and most reliable dry beans that we grow. The beans themselves are a gorgeous cream color with a splash of burgundy, and make phenomenal baked beans. A true PNW heirloom bean, this one deserves to be grown more across the region.
